O&M Technician (Rayong)

1.Conduct routine preventive maintenance on solar PV systems, including cleaning panels, checking electrical connections, and inspecting inverters. 2.Perform corrective maintenance to address system faults, including replacing defective modules, cables, connectors, and other components. 3.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime. 4.Carry out regular site inspections to ensure the integrity of equipment, mounting structures, and site infrastructure. 5.Use tools and equipment to perform electrical tests such as IV curve tracing, insulation resistance, and continuity checks. 6.Monitor the performance of the solar PV system and report anomalies to the O&M Engineer. 7.Assist in the setup and maintenance of monitoring equipment like SCADA systems. 8.Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks to promote a safe work environment. 9.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection logs, repair reports, and parts usage.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification in electrical or mechanical fields is preferred. 2+ years of experience in solar PV maintenance or a similar field is preferred. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in solar PV installations. Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits. Proficiency in using tools and equipment for testing and repairs (e.g., mustimeters, thermal imaging cameras, torque wrenches) Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. Electrical licensing or certifications (if required by local regulations)
