Product Manager - Level & Gameplay

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Level & Gameplay to join our Block Out! team. In this role, you will shape the core gameplay experience through level design, pacing, and player progression.

Responsibilities; Design, build, and iterate on levels that create a satisfying player experience

Analyze player behavior, user feedback, and game data to continuously improve level quality and engagement

Take ownership of the level design pipeline from ideation to implementation

Collaborate closely with game, art, tech, and growth teams to deliver impactful gameplay experience

Requirements; 2+ years of experience in mobile game development with a strong focus on level design, gameplay, and player experience

Actively follows the mobile gaming market with a strong sense of what makes levels engaging, satisfying, and scalable

Ability to analyze player behavior and game data to make informed design decisions

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
