We’re hiring a full-time People & Culture Manager to own the day-to-day people operations, employee experience, and culture for Glow’s Lahore hub. You’ll build scalable systems while staying deeply human in how we support our team - helping create a high-trust, high-performance environment. This role is the local People leader for the Pakistan team, partnering closely with the CEO and serving as a trusted resource for team members and managers.

What You’ll Own People operations, end-to-end: Run local processes across onboarding, day-to-day employee/contractor experience, performance support, and offboarding.

Employee lifecycle & documentation: Manage core documentation and workflows for a team hired as independent contractors (e.g., agreements, renewals, changes, recordkeeping) in partnership with the CEO and relevant vendors.

Employee/contractor relations: Be a trusted, fair, and thoughtful point of contact for concerns—balancing empathy with business needs and consistency.

Manager partnership: Coach and support managers on feedback, performance conversations, and team health.

Culture & engagement: Build and run initiatives that strengthen culture, recognition, belonging, and engagement across the Lahore hub.

Program execution (global → local): Localize and implement global People programs (performance cycles, learning & development, policy rollouts) in collaboration with the CEO and other managers.

HR systems & data hygiene: Maintain and improve People tools and workflows (e.g. Airtable, Rippling ) and ensure clean, reliable people data.

Operational excellence: Identify gaps in processes and proactively implement improvements that scale with a fast-growing organization.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years experience in HR / People Operations.

Experience operating in high-growth and/or multinational environments (startup experience strongly preferred).

Strong track record running contractor-first or globally distributed people operations (or strong ability to learn quickly in this environment).

Demonstrated ability to partner with global stakeholders and translate programs into high-quality local execution.

Hands-on experience with modern HRIS and people tools (e.g., Deel, BambooHR, Rippling).

Comfortable running or supporting performance cycles , engagement programs, and/or learning & development initiatives.

Excellent communication: clear, structured, approachable, and able to handle sensitive topics with discretion.

Bachelor’s degree required; preference for a Tier 1 university background.
