Substitute Teacher - Secondary French Teacher

At GEMS American Academy, Abu Dhabi, we are inviting applications from passionate and dedicated French teacher for secondary division as a substitute/cover teacher to join our team from February 2027.

Skills description

Successful candidates will need to:

Bachelor’s degree in education (B.Ed) or a subject-related degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) in teaching French language.

Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and support students through engaging, purposeful learning.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school’s positive, inclusive culture.
