Inventory Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department in managing incoming inventory.

Responsibilities

Process DDRs accurately and timely

Scan fleet paperwork and verify incentives are correct

Communicate with management and sales team to ensure incoming units are contracted, delivered and DDR processed

Stock in inbound vehicles and verify each unit is represented online

Ensure timely communication to sales team and management as it relates to ordered vehicles to ensure guest takes delivery within expected timelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and follow-up skills
