Production Department Manager (Lamphun Branch)

1. Lead and manage production team
2. Plan and control production to meet customer demand
3. Improve productivity, efficiency and quality
4. Ensure delivery performance
5. Control cost and optimize resources
6. Lead new product introduction and production transfer
7. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment and social standards
8. Coach and develop team for future leaders

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields Minimum 5 years of management experience, including experience leading 300–500 employees Experience in leather goods or garment manufacturing will be considered a strong advantage Strong ability in production planning and control to meet customer demand and delivery targets Proven ability to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and cost Experience in new product introduction and production transfer Strong knowledge of export manufacturing and relevant quality standards Ability to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and social standards Strong leadership, people development, problem-solving, strategic thinking and cross-functional communication skills Good command of English Leather Goods Manufacturing
