Sales Coordinator (Pricing Freight)

1. Coordinate between Sales, oversea agents and other Departments in order to achieve pre-defined targets
2. Give full support & solve the problem for assigned customers
3. Approach new customers when assigned
4. Search for competitive costs from relevant parties in order to win businesses.
5. Search for business opportunities to improve company’s net return.
6. Follow up Sales Strategies and prepare quotation to customers.
7. Current Market Rate update
8. Complete daily tasks and monitor activities to ensure efficiency throughout the week
9. Create related reports for clients, managers and other as required
10. Handle the additional assignment from manager

Qualifications: Male / Female Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related fields. At least 3-5 years experience in Export Freight Forwarder business in Export NVOCC or Freight forwarder company Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant roles. Good relationship and service-minded. Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadline Responsible, Honest, Fast learner, Good attitude with the ability to work as a team Good command of written and spoken English (Chinese language skill is a plus) Can use Windows, Ms Office, Googlesheet, Googlewords, internet-use
