Business Development Officer - Executive Search

Job Description – Business Development Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Executive Search & Recruitment

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Search or Recruitment Consultancy in the UAE or Middle East. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating recruitment mandates, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE and Middle East.
• Generate and convert leads into recruitment clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support successful recruitment delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in an Executive Search or Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the UAE/Middle East hiring market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
