Commercial Services Manager

Epicure Insurance Brokers Limited is looking for a results-driven Commercial Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations.
• Strengthen client relationships to drive retention and long-term business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in sales with proven experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong expertise in client relationship management and retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
