Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract) Key Responsibilities: Project Planning : Develop and coordinate the Project Installation Programme (CIP) with stakeholders, ensuring all scopes, timelines, and deliverables are covered. Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve any project obstacles or delays. Documentation : Ensure accurate project documentation and drawings (ELARDS) are maintained. Team Coordination : Guide installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration. Requirements: Experience : Proven project coordination experience in LTA projects, preferably in the CCTV/security industry. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Competencies : Attention to detail, quality assurance, and customer relationship management.
