Basic $2000 - $2800 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location : Changi Working days : Monday to Friday Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains safety equipment (e.g., First aid kits, fire extinguishers) & Manages general facilities area (e.g. water dispenser/lockers). Notify Site Manager immediately of any safety and environmental related issues which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies.
• Organizes and stores administrative inventory, manages stock levels, and conducts regular audits.
• Engaged in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.
• Generates Production Daily/Weely Report
• Assists new hires on boarding
• Manages Employee Attendance Records
• Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Site Manager
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess Nitec with min 2 years of relevant experiences
