Our Clients & Operations team serves the investment fund industry and supports our clients in the distribution of their funds across the world by providing operational assistance, technical expertise and project coordination. We are currently looking to expand our team and are in search of motivated and dynamic talents in the area of cross-border fund registration.

Your contribution to our success

• Coordinate our clients' fund registration and post-registration projects under both UCITS and AIFMD
• Prepare submission packages to regulatory authorities and perform fund registration and maintenance filings
• Reconcile and keep up to date the cross-border registration matrices
• Ensure a clean record keeping on client projects and documents
• Interact with clients, with other internal teams and with supervisory authorities
• Compile and provide tailored activity and situation KPI reports to clients
• Report to managers and clients on activities progress
• Interact with various internal and external stakeholders by using formal project management and transmission tools

Your skills

• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree
• Are interested in working in the fund industry, more specifically in fund distribution coordination and related administrative tasks
• Are flexible, efficient in organising workload and able to set priorities
• Are seen as a proactive, reliable and rigorous person with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are a quick learner with a positive attitude
• Are fluent in English and South Korean

담당 업무

• 고객의 펀드 등록 및 등록 후 프로젝트를 UCITS와 AIFMD에 따라 조정
• 규제 당국에 제출할 패키지를 준비하고 펀드 등록 및 유지 업무 관련 자료 제출
• 해외 등록 매트릭스를 조정하고 최신 상태로 유지
• 고객 프로젝트 관련 문서 및 서류를 문제 없이 유지관리
• 고객, 다른 사내 팀, 감독 당국과 소통
• 맞춤형 활동 및 상황 KPI 보고서 작성 및 고객에 제공
• 관리자와 고객에게 활동 진행 상황에 대해 보고
• 공식 프로젝트 관리 및 전송 도구를 사용하여 다양한 내외부 이해관계자와 소통

요구 사항

• 학사 또는 석사 학위를 소지한 분
• 펀드 업계, 특히 펀드 배분 조정, 관련 행정 업무에 대한 관심이 있는 분
• 영어, 광동어 또는 한국어를 유창하게 구사하는 분
• 업무량을 유연하고 효율적으로 조직하며 우선순위를 설정할 수 있는 분
• 꼼꼼하고 적극적이며 신뢰할 수 있고 스스로에게 엄격한 분
• 강력한 의사소통 및 대인 관계 능력을 갖춘 분
• 긍정적인 태도로 새로운 지식을 신속하게 학습할 수 있는 분
