Supply Chain Specialist

1. Source component manufacturers such as wire harness, PCB, motor, etc. in Thailand.
2. Support project transfer from China/Taiwan to Thailand, conduct supplier visits, collect project transfer and NPD pending issue feedback.
3. Collect & validate Thailand tariff, import/export regulations, and local tax policy information.
4. Develop Power BI reports and dashboards using cloud-based Excel as data source; configure auto-refresh and user permission settings, and carry out minor ongoing maintenance of the reports.
5. Follow up supplier production per released POs.
6. Check supplier inventory status, coordinate weekly shipment and secure vessel space.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, 2~4 years supply chain experience in manufacturing industry.
2. Fluent English for daily business communication, native Thai speaker, Chinese is a plus.
3. Hands-on experience with Power BI: able to build dashboards from cloud Excel data source, set up auto-refresh and access permission, perform minor report updates.
4. Experience in supplier management, PO & production follow-up.
5. Familiar with export to US business is preferred.
6. Good communication skill, able to visit factories onsite.
