1. Research Tasks

• Research market trends in Thailand and overseas, follow up on new trends, and develop products suitable for the Thai market.
• Research raw materials, attend raw material seminars, and continuously update knowledge of new technology.

1. Develop Strategic Products

• Participate in customer meetings together with the marketing team.
• Develop and deliver new formulations to customers within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare and review information on new formulas, technologies, and ingredients.
• Prepare and review documents for FDA registration.
• Support clinical tests (CT) and efficacy tests for products.
• Conduct product stability testing and establish product specifications (SPEC).
• Support production and QC teams in product validation.

1. Quality Procedure

• Responsible for equipment calibration and maintenance in the R&D laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements.

1. Training New Employees

• Develop training plans and monitor results.
• Conduct team orientation for new employees.

1. Other Assignments

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Perform additional research and development tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science. 3–5 years of direct experience in developing skincare formulations in R&D Hands-on experience in sunscreen formulation is strongly preferred. Strong command of English communication.
