Senior Architectural Site Engineer

Supervise and coordinate all architectural site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

Conduct inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout all architectural finishes.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and mock-ups.

Identify design conflicts and propose practical site solutions.

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, health and safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

-Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural site supervision and construction. -Proven experience in managing residential, commercial projects. -Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proven track record of delivering high-quality work. -Must be available for full-time site assignment in the North Coast (El Sahel).
