Job Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing CS PKG, PCB manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

MAIN DUTIES

  1. Process Development & Control

Develop and define process parameters for PCB manufacturing stages (Drill, Litho, Final Inspection, Solder Resist, Solder on Pad, Lamination, Cu Plating, Au Plating) Establish and maintain process control plans...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Chemical… Engineering
  • Have experience in related fields

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Autocad, Solidwork 3D or other layout, 2D, 3D drawing software.
  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, applies to analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent in English, especially in listening and speaking.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and quick-learning working style.
