RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily maintenance and operations of the warehouse and office facilities.
- Manage and supervise external contractors performing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) servicing, cleaning, and security services.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, identify structural or equipment faults, and schedule prompt repairs.
- Assist in budget planning, tracking facility expenses, and processing contractor invoices.
- Ensure the building complies with all statutory regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing industrial or commercial facilities.
- Possession of a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of responding to after-hours facility emergencies if required.
WORK ARRANGEMENTS
Full-time, permanent employment. 44 hours per week. Working pattern: Regular Hours. Location: East of Singapore.
