Mission
The Client Relationship Support Manager plays a key role in supporting the Senior Client Relationship team, helping to strengthen relationships with existing clients while contributing to the development of new business opportunities. Initially focused on sales support, client servicing coordination, and business development initiatives, the role offers broad exposure to commercial activities and long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
The Client Relationship Support Manager must deliver client support excellence to both distribution and institutional clients in these tasks:
Preparing client visits (e.g. presentations) and helping in client onboarding activities
Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients and assist in client-related ad-hoc queries
Organise external events
Local responsibility of the CRM tool, track subscription and redemption orders, and support in actively managing opportunities
Conduct hands-on research on the country relations
Contribute to develop and execute marketing and communication plan, including local press strategy
Coordination of the branch's daily tasks with the central services in Candriam's head office
Compliance support
Profile
Bachelor's or master's degree related to capital markets/asset management
Fluency in English; Arabic and French is a plus
Postgraduate degree (e.g. VBA, CFA, CAIA) or pursuit thereof is an advantage
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar function
Has worked for asset management firm(s)
Good knowledge of asset management markets, products, and operations
High flexibility, able to work with changing daily priorities
Strong motivation to solve issues and hands-on approach
An open mindset and cross-cultural competencies
