Planning & Cost Control Engineer

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.

To work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors.

Prepare Project Time schedules during the Tendering phase

Prepare detailed Project Time schedule with periodical updates during project duration

Understand Contracts in order to implement in the Project Time Schedule

Coordinate with procurement and execution department to keep Time schedule accurate up to date.

Prepare Time impact analysis when needed

Predict, report and alert Project Manager and Technical office manager when an activity would delay the project’s completion date

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Prepare reports as site requires

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.

5–7 years of experience.

Experience in construction companies is a must.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.

Egyptians only.

Job Conditions Location: Heliopolis.
