Your terrain – Deine Aufgaben im Team

Welcome and accompany our buyers with discreet, attentive hospitality throughout our four order periods per year

Bring each season’s showroom concept to life according to the briefing, from atmosphere to service standards

Ensure the Munich showroom runs smoothly day to day, from the appointment calendar to daily readiness

Work closely with the sales team, agents and buyers across all client touchpoints

Coordinate the Milan showroom team and ensure a consistent showroom concept, service standards and processes across both locations

Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics and Facility for all showroom matters

Source, test and select caterers in line with each season’s showroom concept

Book and schedule models for each appointment and collection

Curate concierge services for VIP clients during the order periods, including hotels, transfers and restaurant reservations

Outside the order periods, coordinate sales trainings and wholesale events

Your talents – Das bringst du mit

At least 3 years of experience in showroom, hospitality, event or guest relations, ideally in luxury fashion or premium sportswear

A refined sense for aesthetics, quality and service

Excellent organisational and coordination skills across teams, locations and service partners

Structured, hands-on and composed under pressure

Fluent German and English; Italian is a plus

Flexibility for extended hours and weekends during order periods
