- A basic understanding of and interest in Human Resources and General Affairs (HR & GA).
- Excellent attention to detail, even in the smallest tasks.

- Physical stamina and mental resilience to handle the demands and pressures of work.
[Internship Terms]
- Duration: 6 months.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
[Benefits] 1.Allowance & Incentive
- Daily Allowance (lunch, transportation): Rp 100K/day (By the end of the month, monthly)
- Internship Incentive: Rp 500k/month (Will be provided every three months)
- Internship Bonus: Rp 1juta (Will be provided in the end of the internship)
