Job description and required skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in customer engagement and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, with a special focus on brand recognition, consumer insights, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends in the hospitality business, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor the progress of advertising campaigns and propose adjustments based on customer feedback.
• Support the coordination of events, open house days, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
