Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations , including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Optimize supply chain processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and utilizing data-driven insights.

Manage vendor relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations and company policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and other departments to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations roles.

Strong knowledge of Logistics Operations, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Planning .

Good understanding of Customer Service and Supply Chain Management .

Strong analytical and data analysis skills , with the ability to use data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external partners.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.

Experience in Vendor Management and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
