Talent Acquisition Analyst

As Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for finding potential candidates for the company. That includes:

Implementing the overall recruiting strategy

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job portal, etc.

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Contribute to providing improvement idea

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major (Fresh Graduate are welcome).

Internship experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
