Talent Acquisition Specialist – Warehousing & Blue Collars

Location: 10th of Ramadan City Experience: 1–5 Years

About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in 10th of Ramadan City, focusing on blue-collar and mass hiring across our warehouse and furniture operations.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.

Conduct mass hiring for warehouse and operational vacancies.

Recruit Storekeepers, Warehouse Workers, Helpers, Furniture Workers, Installers, and other blue-collar positions .

Source candidates through different recruitment channels, databases, referrals, and walk-in hiring.

Conduct phone screening and interviews.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.

Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events when needed.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment is a must.

Experience in the furniture industry is a must.

Previous experience in warehouse recruitment and mass hiring is highly preferred.

Experience hiring Storekeepers and other warehouse/operational positions.

Good communication and interviewing skills.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to work from 10th of Ramadan City .
