What we’re building

The marine industry supports recreation, global commerce, and national defense. And yet it runs on technology that hasn't meaningfully changed in fifty years. Until now.

Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry. We're rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs from first principles. And we're already executing. We started with consumers to develop and harden our core technology. We’re now scaling production of our flagship model with new models and sectors on the horizon. Now we’re extending our platform to commercial applications, starting with tugs, ferries, and defense, with years worth of signed contracts and a pipeline that spans every vessel type on the water.

The technology is proven, the momentum is building, and the opportunity is enormous. The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the success of Arc's sales operations across the West region. This role is perfect for a leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on, in-the-field execution — someone who's as comfortable building a market plan as they are coaching a team member at the dock. You'll drive revenue, elevate the customer experience, and build the team and processes that turn West Coast boaters into lifelong Arc owners.

This is a full-time role, based in your assigned market which could also require frequent travel. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales and Delivery, and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.

Owning the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of Arc's business across the West region, driving sales revenue growth, delivery volume, and customer satisfaction

Sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboard top talent; lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams across retail, service, and delivery functions

Proactively resolving customer concerns and uphold safety and security standards on and around the waterUsing reports and dashboards to inform strategy, track performance, and drive process improvements across the region

Maintaining fluency in local market dynamics, boating regulations, and registration/titling requirements; partner with logistics, revenue operations and delivery teams to optimize sales and delivery flow

Building strong relationships with key regional stakeholders — marinas, resorts, boat clubs, and community partners — to grow Arc's presence and brand awareness across the West

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple priorities against business-critical deadlines

Excellent analytical, communication, and sales skillsEffective at using data, logic, and instinct to identify problems and drive solutions

Ability to travel up to 75% across the region

Valid driver's license required

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in marine, automotive, or EV retail/sales leadership

Experience with Lean or similar operational excellence methodologies

Strong existing network within the West Coast boating community
