-NEW- 11 Months Regulatory & Controls Manager (Compliance & Risk)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Manage regulatory deliverables by tracking applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining a regulatory obligations register, and coordinating timely submissions and responses to relevant stakeholders. ·       Serve as the primary liaison between the programme team and Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other control functions to ensure programme activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards. ·       Prepare and maintain regulatory reports, monitor outstanding regulatory actions, and coordinate timely resolution of compliance-related issues. ·       Support regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections by coordinating documentation, responses, and evidence required by internal and external stakeholders. ·       Maintain the programme governance framework, including governance documentation, meeting schedules, action trackers, decision logs, and document repositories. ·       Design, implement, and monitor programme controls to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. ·       Partner with Risk and Internal Audit teams to monitor control effectiveness, address findings, and ensure adherence to governance and assurance standards. ·       Maintain accurate programme documentation, ensuring proper version control, document governance, and compliance with enterprise record management policies. ·       Identify governance and control gaps, recommend process improvements, and support the implementation of best practices to strengthen programme oversight. ·       Provide regular governance, regulatory, and control status updates to programme leadership and key stakeholders. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 7 years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
