Team Leader, Client Services & People Delivery

We’re looking for a Team Leader, Client Services & People Delivery to manage client relationships, lead manpower delivery and ensure our people and projects are well supported. Your Role Be the key point of contact for assigned clients and build strong working relationships. Understand client workforce needs and ensure timely manpower fulfilment. Work closely with Recruitment to manage hiring, including high-volume and mass recruitment when required. Oversee onboarding, deployment, replacements and workforce transitions. Monitor manpower status, service levels and operational performance. Work with HR Operations to resolve employee and workforce matters. Identify service gaps and proactively address client and operational issues. Prepare and share regular account and performance updates. Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities to grow and retain client accounts. Lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client and employee experience.
What We’re Looking For Degree or Diploma in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, client services, workforce management or a related role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong client engagement and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Good negotiation and coaching skills. Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, driven team player who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.
