Your tasks
Ensure the quality of products, materials, and processes by conducting inspections, audits, and tests. Identify defects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Mentor junior inspectors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Drawing conformity Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed. Communicate with designers for clarity on any conflicts.
Inspection compliance Execute the required inspection. Represent the department for joint inspection with consultants, clients, etc.
Contribute to continuous improvements Enhance processes to improve efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for all non-conformance reports. Monitor implementation of corrective action requests.
Project execution conformity Make sure that only approved materials are utilized. Clarify any project arrangements that require execution. Raise any quality concerns that will be encountered to avoid repetition.
Documentation Report any non-conformity and observations including the required root cause analysis. Follow the required corrective actions needed for implementation.
Delivery Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time. Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
Problem-solving Assist to solve any related issues that arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
Quality Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
Business process Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
