HSE Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo & Giza for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist in the medical sector. The HSE Specialist will ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement workplace safety measures to promote a safe working environment. The role involves identifying potential hazards, delivering safety training for staff, conducting inspections and audits, and developing risk mitigation strategies for healthcare settings.

Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in HSE within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital sector

Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles

Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and risk assessment practices

Ability to conduct Safety Training and awareness programs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in preparing health and safety documentation and reports

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field

Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across medical facilities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports

Coordinate safety trainings and awareness sessions

Support emergency response and workplace safety initiatives
