Your tasks
- Support customer/outlet master data collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation.
- Check data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicates.
- Maintain CRM data trackers and prepare Excel reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and other teams to follow up on missing or incorrect data.
- Assist with other CRM project activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Gender: prefer Male
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Good in Excel
- Good understanding of data management and data structures.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and data processing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, or Power BI, Power Query.
