Architectural finishing Engineer

Oversee and manage all architectural finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of finishing works.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules related to finishing works.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent and industry best practices.

Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, site logs, and documentation for all finishing activities.

Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies related to finishing works in a timely manner.

Ensure that all finishing activities are completed within the project timeline and budget constraints.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.

Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on finishing-related matters.

Support the procurement process by evaluating and recommending finishing materials and suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural finishing within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.

Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to identify and resolve site issues efficiently.

Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
