About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season. The essence of great hospitality is always an exceptional team — that’s why we are looking for you!

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome

Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation

Supporting the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their best

Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place

Cleaning agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements

Core Competencies Fluent in English & Italian is a must

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests

Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel

Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations

Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
