Job Title: Jewelry Sales Associate (3 Positions)
Base Salary: $2,300 + Commission (NO KPI)
Expected Monthly Earnings: $3,000 - $3,500+ (Based on Performance)
Location: Orchard
Work Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with jewelry selection and provide professional product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and uphold brand presentation standards
- Support daily retail store operations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of jewelry sales experience
- Existing customer network or client portfolio is an advantage
- Fluent in English with strong communication and sales skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented
- Results-driven with a passion for jewelry and luxury retail
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
