Cantonese Cuisine Chef [6 days, Holland Village/Kembangan/Farrer Park]

Cantonese Cuisine Chef Salary: $2,500 - $3,900 (Based on Experience) Location: Holland Village / Kembangan / Farrer Park Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 4

Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality Cantonese and Chaozhou-style dishes

Handle wok-frying, steamed seafood, braised dishes, soups, and stews

Prepare and process fresh seafood independently

Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards

Requirements: Relevant experience as a Cantonese or Chinese Cuisine Chef

Proficient in wok-frying, steaming, braising, and soup preparation

Strong seafood preparation and cooking skills

Experience preparing high-end Chinese cuisine is preferred

Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
