Medical Aesthetic Nurse
Your tasks
- Welcoming and greeting patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression whilst managing clinic flow and scheduling
- Perform facials, peels and other non-invasive treatments according to clinic protocols, and assist with device-based treatments under doctor direction, within MOH guidelines, training will be provided.
- Prepare treatment rooms; maintain infection control, sterilization and equipment logs
- Assist patient preparation and aftercare
- Explain treatment plans, aftercare and skincare routines clearly, and recommend suitable products and packages
- Record treatment notes accurately in the clinic management system
- Follow up patients after treatment and support rebooking
- Support front desk during peak periods
Requirements
- Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a valid nursing licence
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems
