As a Business Development Associate within the Presence segment, you will play a key role at the intersection of Portfolio Operations, M&A, and Finance. The Presence segment provides its customers the tools and infrastructure to build and grow their online identity, with a focus on webhosting, email, and domains. In a changing landscape with rapid developments in the field of AI, it is crucial to stay ahead of the curve and continue offering value to customers.

You will contribute to the further development and optimization of our segment portfolio of 15+ companies in Europe and North America. The role in our strategy

Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. Business Development is crucial for identifying growth opportunities, accelerating performance, and supporting M&A activities.

In this role, you will:

• Support local Management Teams by functioning as a sparring partner and be the bridge between our head office and the Portfolio Company.
• Set-up experiments and initiatives to accelerate growth, both within and beyond current activities.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by improving internal KPI reporting (with the use of AI) and quantifying insights for M&A playbooks.
• Work with Managing Directors to translate improvement ideas into concrete plans and business cases.
• Collaborate with M&A and Finance to evaluate and integrate new markets, segments, and acquisitions.
