We are a medical clinic in Clementi seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant for the following sessions:

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Patient registration
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Dispensing medication

Requirements

1. Able to communicate with patients in English, Mandarin and preferably one Chinese dialect.
2. Must be computer-literate and comfortable using computers and software applications.
3. Minimum ITE qualification.

Working Hours

• 2 weekday evening sessions per week: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• 1 Sunday morning session per week: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Important Conditions

• Although this is a part-time, session-based position, long-term commitment is required. This is not a short-term or vacation job lasting only a few months.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment are essential. Applicants must take their work responsibilities seriously and maintain regular attendance. Frequent or unjustified absenteeism is unacceptable. This position is intended for serious and dependable applicants only.
• Training will be provided. Candidates are expected to be able to work independently after approximately 1–2 months of training.
