You will own WusuWusu's growth in Ghana — user acquisition, retention, community, and partnerships. We are not a traditional advertising business. Our growth comes from building a community of traders who genuinely care about African markets. You will work with influencers, sports commentators, financial media, and grassroots communities across Accra and beyond. Requirements

✓Proven track record growing a consumer product in Ghana or West Africa ✓Deep relationships in Ghanaian sport, media, or fintech communities ✓Experience with referral programmes, community management, and creator partnerships ✓Strong written and verbal communication in English and Twi ✓Data-driven approach to growth with experience using analytics tools
