LUXURY BOUTIQUE MANAGER / STORE MANAGER | Premium Luxury Resale Boutique
We are looking for an experienced, polished and dependable luxury retail professional to join a newly established premium luxury resale boutique.
This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. You will play an important role in sales leadership, team management, VIP client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations
- Lead and motivate the sales and client service team
- Drive sales performance and repeat business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
- Handle key client appointments and high-value sales
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation
- Represent the company's luxury positioning professionally
- Support client and brand events
- Participate in short-form videos and social media content when required
Requirements
- Relevant experience in luxury retail, premium sales or high-end client service
- Experience in store management, team leadership or sales supervision
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional when engaging with high-value clients
- Strong personal presentation and service mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales objectives

💰 Salary: S$7,000 – S$9,000/month + Performance Incentives Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and relevant skills.
