QA (ประจำพื้นที่ปุณวิถี/พื้นที่รัชดา)

•Design comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test cases for web, mobile and backend systems. •Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, API and regression testing. •Execute functional, integration, performance, security and user acceptance testing. •Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers and DevOps teams throughout Agile delivery. •Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. •Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis and verify production fixes. •Leverage AI-SDLC practices including AI-assisted test generation, defect analysis and documentation. •Promote Quality Engineering best practices and continuous improvement across development teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Familiar with API testing tools such as Postman Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
