Combined with an extensive know how of the customs and drug law governing regulations, end-to-end supply chain and excellent service.

We are looking for

Account Manager Export (f/m/d) (full-time)

Your Responsibilities

Independently manage and support our international customers

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Handle availability enquiries with suppliers and service providers

Prepare quotations, place orders and coordinate the entire process from receipt of the goods through to dispatch

Prepare transport and customs documentation

Participate in trade fairs and customer visits in Germany and abroad

What You Bring

A completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial management assistant or management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade, a bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification

An interest in international business and enjoyment in working with customers from different countries

An independent, reliable and well-organised approach to work

A team-oriented mindset and an appreciation for working in a small team

Good English skills and confidence in using MS Office

A friendly, professional and confident manner

Pharmaceutical knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
