Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 Teacher
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to promote academic growth. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and well-being. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and progress. Conducts formative and summative assessments in a very effective and efficient manner. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to school policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring a consistent and respectful approach to discipline and behaviour management.
Requirements:
A minimum of an HND in education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2 setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
