Structural Coordinator / Engineer

Job Summary

Lead the design, analysis, and planning of civil and structural engineering works, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction projects while overseeing site activities and maintaining rigorous documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze civil and structural engineering works to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed design calculations and technical drawings for submission to authorities and consultants
• Manage timely submission of plans and reports to consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, mechanical & electrical (M&E) teams, and architectural trades to resolve technical issues and align project specifications
• Assist in project coordination and supervise structural and civil works on site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards
• Participate in technical meetings and site inspections, documenting meeting minutes and observations as necessary
• Monitor and track test reports, statutory tests, Green Mark certification processes, and constructability reviews to support project quality and sustainability goals
• Maintain document control and compile project documentation in compliance with company ISO standards
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Directors to support project delivery
