Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

Sourcing clients Processing loan applications Assessing customers’ creditworthiness Monitoring loan repayments Ensuring prompt recovery of overdue loans. Building good customer relationships Conducting field visits Promoting the organization’s financial products and services.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of an OND

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage

Must be hardworking, honest, and result-oriented

Willingness to carry out fieldwork and customer follow-up activities
