Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on tour packages and travel options.
Prepare quotations and manage tour and car hire bookings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and vehicle schedules.
Promote and sell company tour packages.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in the tours and travel industry.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
