Sales & Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Identify and follow up on clients and business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Maintain customer databases and sales records.

Support marketing campaigns and social media activities.

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.

Prepare sales and marketing reports.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
