Injection Process Technician

• Set up, adjust and optimize injection molding process parameters to stabilize production and reduce defect rate.
• Load and unload molds, carry out mold setup and inspection, report mold defects in a timely manner.
• Accept shift work, abide by production arrangement and safety rules.
• Support quality issue analysis, implement corrective actions, record and standardize process parameters.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance on injection machines and auxiliary equipment (robot, mold temperature controller, chiller).
• Assist process engineer for mold trial and new product sampling, document trial data.
• Report abnormalities of machine, mold and raw material, cooperate to resolve breakdowns.

Qualifications: Associate degree or higher Major in mechanical automation, management, or related fields Above 3 years of experience with the ability to adjust and optimize automotive lamp plastic forming processes Workable English (capable of using English as a working language) Strong ability in plastic forming process adjustment and design optimization
