Your profile/experience:

• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience in working with children
• It is an advantage if you have training or further experience in pedagogy or language teaching

Except for having a lot of fun during your working time, an employment at Upgrades also helps you to gaining work experience and develop in your leadership and problem- solving skills.

Most assignments are in the afternoon during weekdays in the central Stockholm area.

English4Kids instructors

English4Kids introduces children to the English language in a fun and educational environment. We teach English language skills to groups of children aged up to 12yrs through games, arts and crafts, songs, storytelling, drama, as well as traditional teaching methods.

Classes are 45/60 minutes (depending on age) and instructors work either together and have around 15 students per class, or by themselves with a maximum of 7/8 students. All material and curriculum is provided by Upgrades.

English speaking babysitter

Upgrades language focused babysitting combines creativity and playing, with language teaching. As an Upgrades babysitter you will carry out standard childcare tasks (collecting from pre-school/kindergarten or school, basic food preparation, and play) whilst maintaining a strong focus on the English language. We offer a flexible part-time job where you will work 2-10 hours a week, depending on your assignments.

Private tutor for children

Our English tutors tailor the language teaching to the children’s school work and hobbies. Each session is 90 minutes and take place in the participant’s home or at our office in Östermalm.
