Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and licensed architects to transform design concepts into detailed technical drawings and 3D models. The ideal candidate has strong drafting skills, a passion for innovative design, and a solid understanding of structural and local zoning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design layouts , 2D blueprints, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients and senior architects to define project goals, budgets, and design aesthetics.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, ADA guidelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers , contractors, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP systems into the design.
• Prepare and modify construction documents, materials specifications, and presentation boards for client pitches.
• Conduct site visits during the construction phase to assist in tracking progress and resolving design discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience working in an architectural firm or design-build company.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in modern CAD and BIM software (specifically Revit and AutoCAD ).
• Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawing accuracy, 3D modeling, and creative range.
• Soft Skills: Strong spatial reasoning, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for client-facing tasks.
